Processing Time
Prints usually ship out in 3 to 5 business days. All handmade originals are processed anywhere within 2-5 weeks depending on current amount of orders that I am already working on. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is free of charge in the United States! If there is any extra charges for your order it will be calculated and displayed at checkout. I send the majority of items via a tracked service, however some items are un-tracked in order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you.
International Shipping
Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping option. International orders may also be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times. For all customers outside of the US please ensure that your email address and telephone number are correct at checkout as these are the details that will be passed onto your country's customs and excise agency.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dexx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Dexx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact me immediately and I will raise a claim with the courier and send a replacement out immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and send me images of all damage to your item.
